Choice Health Care and Consulting Services, Inc. was founded by Nancy Thompson, RN, CMC whose vision is to enrich the lives of the elderly while providing support and alternatives to their dedicated caregivers. Nancy has been a nurse for over 20 years providing care as a clinician, hospital discharge liaison and has held several leadership positions in home health, hospice and private duty administration.  She is also a Certified Care Manger and AHA CPR Instructor.  Nancy was CEO of her own Medicare/Medicaid home health agency for over 5 years. It was during those years that she had a life-changing experience finding herself becoming the primary caregiver of two seriously ill family members. She grew to personally understand how the day to day care, health decisions and legalities, can become very overwhelming and is dedicated to helping others through support, education and community resources.
